Subhan Bakery was founded in Nampally, Hyderabad by Syed Khader Sahab. What started as a small family-run bakery quickly became known for its authentic flavors and uncompromising quality. This humble beginning laid the foundation for a legacy that would span generations.
The 1970s marked Subhan’s rise to fame with its Osmania and fruit biscuits. These unique recipes, deeply rooted in Hyderabad’s culture, became household favorites. Loved by locals and travelers alike, they helped Subhan carve its place as a symbol of the city’s baking heritage.
By the 1990s, Subhan Bakery had firmly established itself as an iconic name. With growing popularity, its products reached wider audiences, and the bakery became a must-visit for anyone wanting a taste of authentic Hyderabad. This era solidified Subhan’s reputation beyond just a neighborhood bakery.
As the world became more connected, Subhan adapted by serving NRIs and food enthusiasts abroad through gifting and distribution networks. The brand’s timeless biscuits and cakes traveled across continents, carrying with them the unmistakable taste of Hyderabad and the pride of its heritage.
In 2024, Subhan Bakery carried the soul of Hyderabad to Riyadh — serving haleem, Osmania biscuits, and age-old delicacies, keeping a century of heritage alive on new soil. A first step towards presenting Hyderabad to the world, placing it firmly on the global map.
